Who we are

Barberis Consulting S.r.l. was created from the experience of Paolo Achille Barberis, whose activity has been supported at a later stage by William Nai. Both are Security Managers with UNI 10459:2017 certification.

Paolo Achille Barberis

Paolo Achille Barberis has covered the role of Superior Police Inspector. He gained thirty-year experience as instructor at the Police Academy of Alessandria; besides, he was coordinator for the operation centre of both riot squad and administrative police in Alessandria.

In 2002, he started his co-operation as Security chief with some of the national leading Security Institutes in Italy dealing with professional cross border transportation and surveillance.

William Nai

William Nai graduated with a BA degree in Political Sciences. He achieved a Master Degree and is now Security Manager UNI 10459:2017.

He has been a manager for 12 years for notable multinational retail companies with expertise in the field of management, training and executive-level consulting.
He co-founded Barberis Consulting in 2013.
